Every holiday table needs a great vegetable side and this one truly hits the mark. We take bias cut carrots and glaze them with Mike's Hot Honey, which adds just a hint of tantalizing heat. We roast them until they're tender but still have a satisfying bite and toss them with parsley for an herbaceous finish.
