FreshDirect Maple-Roasted Yams with Marshmallows

You say "sweet potato," I say "yam," and everyone says "mmm..." We roast sweet potatoes until the flesh is tender, then blend them with our special mix of maple, brown sugar and creamy butter. We dot the top with marshmallows that'll melt across the surface and make the kids (and maybe even the adults) squeal with delight.
