Nira Garlic Chive

This long, flat, bright green Asian vegetable goes by the names nira, garlic chive, and Chinese leek. Though long and flexible in appearance, similar to a blade of grass, nira gives off a much more distinct scent that's even bolder than garlic. We think it's delicious in stir-fries, soups, stews, dumplings, or green onion pancakes.
