Colorful, bold, and peppery, this mix is composed of our chef customers' favorite greens. Baby lettuce, mild baby bok choy, and arugula mixed with spicy mizunas and sweet red komatsuna create a mix that is uniquely flavorful but still familiar and can be paired with any of your favorite vinaigrettes.
