Matzo ball soup like Bubbe used to make

Honey, have some soup! Heat pre-made chicken broth in a saucepan over medium-high. Add in diced carrots, onion, and celery. Cook for about 20 minutes or until soft. While the veggies cook, make the matzo balls following the instructions on the back of the box (eggs and oil needed). Drop them into the boiling soup broth and serve hot!
