We partnered with Artisan Meats in upstate New York to turn our FreshDirect pasture-raised heritage pork into high-quality sausages. Inspired by traditional Spanish chorizo, this moderately spicy, fully-cooked pork sausage gets its hearty texture and flavor from a special blend of seasonings like chili powder, paprika, and garlic. It's extremely versatile and delicious on its own or in traditional dishes like rice and beans.
